CDPR has acknowledged some online rewards missing in-game, including Twitch and Bilibili drops. If the items appear in the main-menu CDPR Account listing, the notice says they were granted correctly and will be collectible after a patch.
Inspect the reward under the right account
- Open the CD PROJEKT RED Account area from the game’s main menu.
- Check that it is the account you used for the reward campaign.
- Look for the exact reward item in the account listing and keep a screenshot of that state.
- Separate “listed but absent in-game” from “not listed at all.” The official notice addresses the former condition.
If it is listed but you cannot collect it
Keep the save and watch the official notice or patch announcement. The notice read October 4 did not give a guaranteed delivery date or an already-released fix. Repeatedly changing accounts, restarting a campaign or buying another edition is not the stated recovery route.
Record the item name, platform and full patch if you contact support. Do not erase a long playthrough just to test reward delivery.
If it is absent from the account listing
That is a different branch: check the campaign’s claim and linking requirements in the service where you earned it. This article does not establish that every unlisted item was granted, or that a patch will award an unclaimed reward. Use the campaign’s own record and official support for that case.
Do not confuse a reward entitlement with a registered appearance. The account item and Reforge collection are distinct checks. Mods are not an established fix for reward delivery.
